Motorola Presents The Edge 30 Family, Ready To Compete In The High Range With Cameras

Motorola recalls more golden past eras and has presented 3 mobile devices for all segments, from the Motorola Edge 30 Neo, the most affordable of all, to the king of its terminals, the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra, the first and only on the market with 200 megapixels.

The intention of the Lenovo mobile company is to offer a mobile for any type of public, although with significant differences between the first and the last, and with a terminal that stays in the premium mid-range, the Motorola Edge 30 Fusion.

With previous launches, the company has demonstrated its ambitions. So much so that during the last year they have grown in the region by 18% in value and volume, representing 32% the growth of the 5G technology segment.

The truth is that Motorola’s new devices do not arrive at a great time for the mobile market, due in part to the component crisis, the war in Ukraine and inflation that seems to be approaching a recession.

Despite it, the company owned by Lenovo does not give up and wants to offer very competent, efficient terminals adapted to the needs of all audiences. A strategy that, by the way, has made them leaders in Latin America.

Motorola Edge 30 Ultra, the first and only mobile on the market with 200 megapixels

The rumors ended up being true. Motorola has shown its possible giant killer, the Edge 30 Ultra, a high-end mobile that has an exceptional and unique camera on the market, with a main lens of 200 megapixels.

In its design, it has 2 colors, Interstelar Black and Starlight White, both with premium finishes and very pleasant to the touch. In addition, its curved 6.67-inch POLED FHD+ display gives it an even sleeker look. To this we must add that it has a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz.

In terms of performance, it also seems to be overdrive, with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, 12 gigabytes of RAM and 256 gigabytes of internal storage. And, contrary to what it may seem, the performance does not influence its battery, of 4,610 mAh.

This, according to Motorola, is capable of charging 100% in just 7 minutes, one of the most competitive on the market, if not the most. It also supports 125W of ultra-fast charging and 50W of wireless charging.

Finally, the jewel in the crown of this giant-killing mobile is its camera section, divided as follows:

  • 200-megapixel main lens with optical image stabilization.
  • 50 megapixel wide angle with Macro Vision (macro lens).
  • Telephoto of 12 megapixels for portrait, with aperture value f / 1.6, zoom 2x and specialized in portraits. 60 megapixel front camera, with aperture value f/2.2.
